Job Information ###### Work location: Jona Workload: 80-100% Tasks: Analysis, support and further development of relevant PLM business processes Ensuring system functionality and optimization of existing PLM applications Carrying out requirement analyses in close cooperation with specialist departments Planning and implementation of IT projects (e.g. introduction of new applications, migrations, process automation) Coordination between internal stakeholders, external service providers and development teams Creation of technical specifications and documentation Carrying out and organization of tests, quality assurance and go-live support Identification of improvement potential, development of solution concepts with internal customers including implementation Contact person for 1st level support and support of users at various locations Ensuring the smooth operation of 3DExperience Profile: You have a sound engineering or computer science education and possess in-depth IT knowledge.
