Team Leader: Service The Service 7000 AG (a company of the Coop-Gruppe) is the innovative all-brand service partner for property management in all aspects of household appliances. Team Leader: Service What does the function entail? In this function, you lead and inspire your team of around 5 – 8 specialist employees. You coordinate and lead the training of new and existing employees and also accompany your employees later in the field. Ensuring compliance with and application of safety regulations as well as environmental and quality awareness requires a corresponding role model function. You support internal departments with technical questions. Every month, you take care of the telephone hotline for our employees in the field for a week. Additionally, you are also technically deployed with our customers. What do you bring? You have a (electro-)technical basic education. Several years of experience in the service area make it easier for you to work in this function. You have further training in the technical field, and leadership experience is an advantage. You are an entrepreneurially thinking person. You can set priorities and have organizational talent You love challenges that come with personnel management paired with technical deployment and administrative tasks.
