Regulator / mechanic injection moulding press (m/f) 80-100% For our site in Domdidier which has more than 450 employees, we are looking for a Regulator / mechanic injection moulding press 80-100% Join our team as a Regulator mechanic of injection moulding presses and put your expertise at the service of a machine park at the cutting edge of technology, in an environment where technical rigour rhymes with team spirit. What does the job consist of? Carry out the assembly and disassembly of moulds for production changes, maintenance and repairs Adjust the presses and peripherals Control of adjustment parameters, detection of deviations, implementation and execution of corrective measures Optimise processes by providing solutions that improve yield and quality Carry out the initial release of each article production according to the quality control requirements Ensure the supply of raw materials to the injection moulding presses Control and study the production data of an installation and take corrective measures What do we expect from you? CFC in the mechanical field, technologist in plastics (TMP) or similar training Significant experience in adjusting injection moulding presses and their peripherals Equipment such as robots or other automated systems are not unknown to you Good knowledge of the French language (German is an asset) Enthusiasm for the field of plastic injection Computer knowledge ERP, Microsoft365 (SAP is an asset) Knowledge in the field of Lean management Willingness to train personally Teamwork in a 2x8 model What do we offer you?
