As your next career goal, we offer you an exciting activity in the function of Senior Fiduciary Clerk Your responsibility with a view to the corporate goals: In this versatile and responsible function, you will complement our accounting team and independently manage the accounting of selected companies within our corporate group. You will perform the financial, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting and ensure complete, timely, and qualitatively flawless processing of all business transactions. Your tasks include, in particular, the creation and posting of accounts receivable invoices, the checking and processing of accounts payable invoices, the preparation and execution of payment transactions, as well as the posting and reconciliation of incoming payments. Additionally, you will perform account reconciliations, manage the dunning and debt collection process, and participate in VAT returns as well as monthly, interim, and annual financial statements. As an experienced specialist, you will take responsibility for your areas of responsibility, support the accounting team with demanding issues, and work closely with the management as well as other internal departments. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the optimization, standardization, and digitalization of our financial processes. You work in a structured, exact, and independent manner, possess a strong flair for numbers, and maintain an overview even when managing several companies in parallel.
