Finance Manager

For our client, a leading Swiss group in its field, we are looking for a Finance Manager to start as soon as possible and ready to fully commit to a complete, demanding, and strategic role, based at the headquarters in Suisse romande. Finance Manager This position is intended for an ambitious profile, capable of managing day-to-day operations while driving several structuring projects in parallel in a group environment with tight deadlines. Your missions: \- Prepare the examination and analysis of quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as information to be published. \- Consolidation of about ten entities. \- Creation, improvement, and optimization of internal procedures. \- Supervise internal controls and be the guarantor of their compliance with Group policies and procedures. \- Coordinate and ensure the completion of the annual audit, and guarantee the integrity and accuracy of the financial statements in accordance with Group accounting standards. \- Contribution to projects with the CFO \- Production of tax returns and submission to authorities. Desired profile: \- Brevet Fédéral or Expertise \- Minimum 5 years of experience in external audit in Big 4. any additional experience in a company will be an asset. \- Accustomed to group environments, fast closings, and demanding reporting \- Natural leadership, sense of responsibility, high level of commitment and personal involvement \- Comfortable in contexts of change, growth, and multiple priorities \- English C1 Our ideal candidate will want to leave external audit in order to become the true right hand of a CFO engaged in a fast-moving structure.
