Holistic consulting of private customers in the area of owner-occupied homes and investment properties Development of individual financing solutions taking into account customer needs as well as internal bank credit policy Independent analysis, structuring, and assessment of credit transactions including the creation of well-founded credit applications Assessment of affordability, collateralization, as well as valuation of residential properties Support and further development of an existing customer portfolio with a focus on long-term and sustainable customer relationships Close cooperation with customer advisors as well as internal specialists Ensuring efficient, high-quality, and risk-aware credit processing Active participation in the further development of our consulting and credit processes What do you bring with you?
