Your tasks • Creation and processing of customer inquiries as well as elaboration of commercial offers for customers, subsidiaries and sales companies • Coordination of customer orders in close cooperation with procurement, production planning, logistics and other internal interfaces • Responsibility for the entire order processing from order entry to invoicing including commission settlements in the national and international environment • Independent processing of export business in cooperation with international subsidiaries and sales companies, transport service providers, authorities, chambers of commerce, banks and insurance companies • Processing of documentary letters of credit and collection transactions in the international trade environment • Independent correspondence with internal and external contact persons in German and English • Customs tariff classification and maintenance of customs-relevant master data for the exported products • Ensuring and checking the preferential and rules of origin requirements as well as determining the origin characteristics for self-manufactured products Your profile • Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training in the export, foreign trade or customs sector • Several years of professional experience in export matters • Good English skills in speaking and writing (at least level B2) • Sound knowledge in export processing as well as experience in the areas of customs tariff classification and rules of origin • IT affinity as well as experience in dealing with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 / ExpoWin) • Independent, structured and reliable way of working • High service orientation and enjoyment of working in an international environment We offer The chance to successfully contribute your export experience in a globally networked company.
