Specialist Building Authority and Projects (80 – 100 %) Ruswil in the beautiful Rottal and in the geographical center of the canton of Luzern, with around 7’500 inhabitants, is a lively, development-friendly and rural center community with a modern administrative organization. We are looking for a personal reinforcement from 1\. September 2026 or by agreement, an initiative, committed and responsible personality as Specialist Building Authority and Projects (80 – 100 %) The area of responsibility includes essentially: Review and processing of building applications Coordination of approval procedures with cantonal specialist offices, planners, building owners and other parties involved Drafting of building permits, decrees and correspondence Advising building owners, architects and planners on construction law and procedural issues Independent support for municipal high and low construction projects as a building owner representative Support for the Head of Construction and Infrastructure as well as the Department Heads in complex technical and administrative tasks You have the following skills: Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education in the construction industry Several years of professional experience in the administration sector \& in the area of building permit procedures and/or in project support Good knowledge of planning, construction and administrative law, ideally in the canton of Luzern Further education in the construction industry, ideally a specialist certificate «Specialist module construction» Independent, service-oriented and responsible way of working Enjoy contact with the population and specialists Good communication and team skills Good IT skills We offer you: A varied and responsible activity with direct influence on the development of our community A motivated and collegial team Modern working conditions and contemporary employment conditions Flexible working hours and opportunities for mobile working Individual further training and development opportunities An attractive workplace in a dynamic community Have we aroused your interest in this interesting position?
