Bern | 80-100% This is your contribution <br /> • Be responsible for the triage and control of all military matters of the Air Force (LW) at the division level, as well as managing the prioritization, coordination, and follow-up of business-critical orders and pending tasks • Lead the command service of the Air Force at the division level and effectively support the Air Force Staff in command support • Prepare, accompany, and coordinate the timely processing of military staff products • Operate, further develop, and manage cockpits for situation tracking of the Air Force command and information systems (including CPF-B, FIS LW, IPLIS-SITAWARE) • Analyze, optimize, and participate in the conceptual further development of command, staff, and business processes • Coordinate and synchronize cooperation with militia structures, partner offices, and the direct subordinates of the Air Force Commander <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University or university of applied sciences degree with further training in business administration as well as experience in project and organizational management • Several years of experience in military leadership functions as well as profound knowledge of the command, staff, and business processes of the Air Force • Experience as a battalion commander, deputy chief of staff for command support, head of command service, or head of triage • Leadership, coordination, and organizational strength in a dynamic environment, combined with an analytical, solution-oriented mindset, quick comprehension, and high resilience • Experience in the control, prioritization, and follow-up of complex matters and orders • Active knowledge of two official languages as well as good English skills are an advantage <br /> In a nutshell In this demanding key position, you will take on a central role in the military command process of the Air Force.
