For our practice in Zürich, we are looking for a committed, reliable and service-oriented personality from the beginning/middle of August who enjoys actively shaping the practice day and offering our patients a positive experience. Tasks: Reception and care of patients in the practice Appointment scheduling and management Telephone and written communication with patients Administration of patient records and administrative tasks Support of the medical team in organizational matters Ensuring a smooth process at the reception A varied activity in a highly modern environment; A motivated and professional team; Opportunities for further education in the field of aesthetic medicine; Attractive compensation. Completed commercial training or comparable qualification; Experience in medical administration or reception is an advantage; Distinct communication and organizational skills; Friendly and professional demeanor; Discretion and sense of responsibility when handling sensitive information; Good knowledge of Office applications; Flexibility and willingness to work on Fridays and Saturdays in even weeks and on Thursdays and Fridays in odd weeks; Applicants must have a good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
