Drafter \- Designer \& Apprentice Reference – 100 % We are a company of international renown whose headquarters is located in Swiss Romandy, in Cressier near Neuchâtel. We design, develop and manufacture centrifugal pumps and diaphragm control valves that meet high requirements, which we deliver to the industry, chemistry and wastewater sector. To strengthen our Technical Office, we are looking for a : Drafter \- Designer \& Apprentice Reference – 100 % Tasks : Technical follow-up of orders (planning, coordination with project management and purchasing) Creation and modification of model, bulk, assembly and manufacturing drawings Management of articles and nomenclatures (creation, update, tracking of changes) Participation in special studies and developments as well as in the continuous improvement of products Collaboration with the different departments (sales, purchasing, production, SAV, quality) Contribution to the quality of technical data (documentation, ERP, PLM) Supervision and follow-up of drafter-designer apprentices Development and updating of the training program Evaluation of skills and preparation for exams Coordination with vocational schools Profile and skills : CFC as a drafter-designer 3\-5 years of experience in a similar position Good mastery of a CAO software as well as a PLM system Basic knowledge of an ERP Precise, structured and reliable work Versatility, autonomy and sense of responsibility Pedagogy and good communication skills Experience in training apprentices or willingness to train in this field Languages : French and English fluent If we have sparked your interest, we look forward to receiving your complete application (motivation letter, CV, diplomas and work certificates) through JobUp.
