Your mission Prepare surfaces before work: cleaning, dusting, preparation of supports. Apply plaster, mortar, or coatings on walls and ceilings. Perform base and finish coatings in order to obtain flat and regular surfaces. Install plasterboards (gypsum) for partitions, linings, and ceilings. Construct lightweight partitions and false ceilings according to plans. Install metal frameworks intended for dry construction systems. Perform thermal and acoustic insulation inside partitions and ceilings. Perform joint treatment between plasterboards: tapes, coating, and sanding. Create decorative elements in plaster: niches, cornices, moldings, or special shapes. Repair and renovate existing plaster surfaces. Perform finishing work before painting or laying coverings. Read and interpret plans and technical documents of the construction site. Correctly use the tools and machines necessary for the work. Respect Swiss construction standards, technical prescriptions, and safety rules. Work in coordination with other trades: masons, painters, electricians, sanitary installers, etc. Maintain the construction site clean and ensure waste disposal.
