Our client base consists of rescue services, hospitals, industrial and craft companies, international organizations and public security institutions. To ensure the follow-up and development of our customer portfolio in Suisse Romande, we are looking for a customer-oriented and results-driven personality with excellent commercial skills and perfect mastery of French. Client Advisor – Suisse Romande (80 – 100 %) What awaits you: A dynamic and motivated team Fast decision-making processes, great autonomy and the possibility to actively contribute to market development A modern working environment and attractive employment conditions In-depth training on our wide range of first aid and emergency products and solutions Your missions: Ensure the follow-up, development and loyalty of the existing customer portfolio Acquire new customers in the industry and trade sectors Advise customers on our products and solutions directly on site Carry out product training and demonstrations Plan and execute customer visits Document and manage commercial activities in our ERP system Participate in professional trade fairs and specialized events Your profile: Experience in sales, external sales or customer consulting French as mother tongue with good oral knowledge of German for internal collaboration, or German as mother tongue with excellent knowledge of French Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as a real pleasure in customer contact Autonomous, structured and goal-oriented working method Category B driver's license and great availability for travel in Suisse Romande A question about the position?
