Core area Strategic Sales: • Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company goals. • Market analysis and identification of new business opportunities. • Setting sales targets and monitoring key performance indicators. • Responsibility for the sales budget and compliance with budget specifications. • Monitoring sales activities and analyzing results. • Deriving recommendations for action to optimize sales performance. Core area Team Leadership and Development: • Leading, motivating, and developing the sales team. • Setting and reviewing responsibilities, target specifications, and performance standards.
