In this versatile key position, you will take over the technical and organizational management of installation teams in the residential and commercial building sector. You will work actively, look after demanding private and business customers, and additionally receive the opportunity to gain exciting insights into large-scale industrial projects. Your Tasks ### • Technical management and coordination of construction sites as well as leadership and motivation of the assembly team • Independent execution of electrical installations for new construction and renovations as well as in industrial plants • Completion of varied service, repair, and maintenance work • Active training and promotion of apprentices on the construction site • Ensuring high quality standards, adherence to deadlines, and occupational safety on site Your Profile ### • Completed vocational training as an Electrical Installer EFZ, Assembly Electrician EFZ, or an equivalent qualification • Relevant experience in construction management or strong readiness for the next career step • Very good language skills in German • Driver's license Cat.
