1 General scope of tasks, objectives The Office Employee is responsible for cleaning the pots, the inserts, the dishes, the cutlery and the glasses. Furthermore, he is responsible for cleaning the toilets, the cold storage rooms and for the entire office area. 2 Main tasks/Main responsibility – During and after peak times, he is responsible for dishwashing – Execution of all cleaning work in the premises according to the work plan and/or as required – Emptying and transporting the waste containers for disposal, performing general tasks such as watering plants and small maintenance work – The cleaning of the guest and staff toilets – Cleaning and preparing the salads are among his primary tasks in the morning 3 Competencies You have basic knowledge of the language of the working canton or the English language. You demonstrate basic knowledge of cleaning agents and their application. You know how to use kitchen gloves, dishwashers and cleaning sponges. Hygiene and health standards, as well as accident prevention, are a matter of course for you.
