Do you enjoy working in a mixed team that brings operational operation and structured object management together? Would you like to help shape the operator organization in Facility Management from object takeover to handover? Then we look forward to meeting you for this new position in our team! Your tasks You ensure the interface between the Control team (Facility Management) and Facility Services as an operator. For new objects, you take care of the takeover from A-Z and then hand them over to our object managers in operation. You ensure structured management and construction-side support of our objects by managing them in the CAFM, concluding maintenance contracts, and accompanying public tenders. You actively accompany the introduction of the new CAFM tool. At object handovers, you also ensure a smooth process. Your profile Unexpected and new tasks inspire you and you like to tackle these topics independently. You would like to help shape your role yourself and are also pleased if not all topics are already quite clear. You enjoy working at the interface between operational operation and strategic tasks and are able to mediate well between these areas. You have a technical basic training and further training in the field of Facility Management. You enjoy using digital tools and, advantageously, have already worked with a CAFM.
