Department of Health and Social Affairs Cantonal Social Service We are looking for a... starting 1 September 2026 or by arrangement Exciting tasks await: • Care and support of female, unaccompanied minors from the asylum sector in a small accommodation, socio-pedagogically and trauma-sensitively • You support the young women in the integration process and in everyday organization, such as preparing meals together, cleaning the accommodation, learning support, etc. • You contribute actively with much joy, humor, and organizational talent to the establishment of an orderly structure in the new accommodation • You build a professional, appreciative, and positive value-based relationship according to the concept of New Authority • You are motivated to work in different shifts between 06.30 and 22.30, as well as irregularly on weekends and public holidays. What you bring: • A completed degree in Social Pedagogy FH or HF, as well as several years of professional experience, preferably in the field of migration, women's and girls' work. • High social competence, as well as empathy for other cultures. • A reliable, independent and solution-oriented way of working, as well as possessing psychological resilience. • Humor and an extremely positive basic attitude. • Keeping a cool head in hectic situations, setting priorities, and approaching conflicts confidently and in a solution-oriented manner.
