Experienced Chef de partie • Holder of a CFC in cooking or an equivalent diploma. • Proven experience within gastronomic or Michelin-starred restaurants, indispensable. • Excellent mastery of culinary techniques and cooking methods. • Autonomous, rigorous, organized person capable of maintaining a high level of requirement on a daily basis. • Attention to detail, team spirit and excellent presentation.
