Controller: Sales & Operations / Deputy Head of Controlling

For our headquarters in Näfels, we are looking for a committed Controller: Sales & Operations / Deputy Head of Controlling (m/f/d) for the finance team at the earliest possible date. What you will do with us In Sales & Operations Controlling, you create transparency regarding earnings and costs, because only reliable figures enable effective management. You ensure coordination between the departments in order to create decision-making bases and achieve profitable overall optimization. Your tasks include Business Partner for the Sales & Operations areas with ensuring budget compliance Analysis of revenue, manufacturing costs, and margin of new machines with Production & Project Management Monitoring and reporting of order intake and revenue Cost center analyses as well as identification of risks and definition of countermeasures Budget and forecast support as well as reporting and further development of controlling instruments What you bring with you For this function, you bring sound controlling competencies as well as a strong understanding of business contexts. You convince through analytical strength, assertiveness, and a business partner mentality.
