Zollikofen (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Lead a team of nine people by working towards its development • Ensure the uninterrupted, safe and economical operation of the processing system for telecommunications surveillance, as well as its regular development in the real operating environment • Negotiate contracts with internal and external providers and ensure compliance with the concluded clauses • Drive and improve change, version and test management • Analyze and integrate strategic developments and new technologies <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Higher degree in computer science or in the field of telecommunications, or an equivalent background • Developed leadership spirit, evidenced by several years of experience in a position of responsibility • Solid experience in the IT field, particularly in systems management and telecommunications • Practice of agile methods, ability to cooperate with various stakeholders • Analytical mind, interdisciplinary thinking and the will to continue training in technological and legal themes • Good active knowledge of two official languages and very good knowledge of English <br /> In a few words It is essentially internal developments that have allowed the processing system for telecommunications surveillance to be completely renewed in recent years. In this role, you will be responsible for all applications of the SCPT Service and you will lead product teams working according to an agile approach. It helps to prevent and elucidate criminal acts, thereby making an important contribution to the internal security of Switzerland while protecting the fundamental rights of the population. Furthermore, in the context of emergency research, it guarantees the provision of relevant information allowing for the rapid location of persons in danger. Finally, the SCPT Service is the central interface between the different criminal prosecution authorities and the communication service providers.
