Then we are looking for exactly you as: Project Manager HVAC (m/f/d) 100% Your tasks • Project management: You manage HVAC projects from planning to successful implementation and control them reliably with regard to costs, deadlines, and quality. • Infrastructure & availability: You ensure the operational safety and availability of the production-relevant infrastructure (especially ventilation and cooling machines) including maintenance according to TPM principles. • Conception & strategy: You create technical concepts as well as investment requests and continuously develop the infrastructure using analyses and roadmaps. • Interface function: You work closely with production, facility management, and external partners. Qualifications What you bring with you • You have successfully completed a completed basic training EFZ in the field of HVAC. • You have technical further education (HF/FH building technology with specialization in heating/ventilation or comparable). • You have already been able to gain several years of experience in the management and implementation of complex HVAC projects. • You possess a deep understanding of plant availability as well as operational safety and convince through entrepreneurial thinking. • You are characterized by high initiative as well as resilience. • You communicate with absolute stylistic confidence in German and have good English skills in speaking and writing.
