The Directorate-General for Post-Compulsory Education (DGEP) is responsible for training that takes place between the end of compulsory education and higher education. Design and deploy digital transformation and evolution projects by defining technical specifications, ensuring system interoperability, and integrating innovative technologies to improve the scalability, performance, and cybersecurity of IT services.
Supervise and harmonize IT operations within establishments by standardizing configurations, optimizing administration, and developing comprehensive technical documentation to ensure the sustainability of technologies and facilitate collaboration between technical teams.
Contribute to incident management, drive problem management and continuous improvement by providing advanced technical support, identifying and correcting the root causes of malfunctions, and automating processes to improve the stability and security of IT environments.
