Manufacturing Operator M/F Job description: Perform the pre-assembly of watchmaking components intended for high complication movements Carry out garnishing operations with precision and meticulousness according to plans and operating ranges Ensure the visual and dimensional control of parts in production Guarantee strict compliance with quality, cleanliness, and traceability standards Collaborate closely with production and quality control teams Actively participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes Job requirements: Proven experience in watchmaking, microtechnology, or precision industry Mastery of pre-assembly and/or fine assembly operations Excellent dexterity, sense of detail, and great rigor Ability to work under a loupe or binoculars Good understanding of the quality requirements of a watch manufacture Team spirit and reliability in the execution of tasks jpid4797063jm jpit0727jm jpiy26jm
