The Verein AZW is the leading educational institution for industrial-technical apprenticeships in German-speaking Switzerland. The association operates the three locations in Winterthur, Uster and Langenthal. The high practical relevance plays a central role in our training concept – the learners are integrated into a team, work on projects and learn to take responsibility through customer orders. We train according to holistic principles, i.e., technical, methodological, personal and social, with the young people always at the center of our interest. Our training takes place, whenever possible, on production work. In doing so, the young people learn to create a product from A-Z and are trained on safety-relevant aspects at all times.
