Accounting Manager

For our client, a scale-up in the energy sector in the Lausanne region, we are looking for an Accounting Manager, ideally Federal Diploma certified. Perfect position to make the transition between GL Accountant and Manager. Accounting Manager Reporting to the CFO and acting as a true right hand, your missions will be: \- Daily accounting management: AP, AR, bank reconciliations for Switzerland and international entities \- Monthly and quarterly closing processes, P&L analysis \- VAT returns \- Payroll management \- Liaison with external auditors \- Analytical part: budget analysis, forecasting \- Process improvement \- Coaching 1/2 people We are looking for a person with: \- Federal Diploma (strong asset) \- 5 years of experience in accounting with a first layer of management accounting \- English B2+ minimum \- Mastery of an ERP such as Business Central, SAP etc \- Salary: 100/110K CHF - to be discussed, 80% possible It is important to be able to work in an ultra-dynamic environment with high evolution where not everything is fixed.
