Leading a small team of 2 to 3 people Ensuring the operational readiness of buildings and facilities Organization, planning, monitoring, and execution of maintenance, repairs, and upkeep work in cooperation with own employees as well as external craftsmen Support of the commercial management in the budget process as well as in technical matters Responsible for occupational safety and health protection (SIBE) Responsibility for compliance with legal regulations in the indoor pool (however no pool manager function) Responsibility for an appealing visual appearance of buildings, interiors as well as the surroundings (grounds maintenance, cleaning work, etc.) Purchase of cleaning and consumable materials Further tasks as needed Requirement profile: Basic vocational training in a manual trade, ideally in the electrical, sanitary, or heating sector Training or further education as a Hauswart/in with eidg.
