In this context, we are looking for a Plastic Injection Regulator Technician (M/F) to strengthen our production team. A key position within a dynamic industrial company, offering stability and long-term development prospects. Your mission ### • Prepare presses, molds, and peripherals before production • Perform series changes and machine adjustments • Launch, monitor, and optimize ongoing productions • Check the conformity of the first pieces and in production • Intervene in case of drift or non-conformity • Program and use production robots (Sepro, ABB, etc.) • Participate in trials and validations of new processes • Ensure the traceability and recording of production data • Maintain a clean and organized work environment (5S) • Participate in first-level maintenance Sought profile ### • Technical training in plastics processing (CFC / Bac Pro / BTS or equivalent) • Confirmed experience in plastic injection (minimum 3 years) • Mastery of injection presses (Arburg type or equivalent) • Experience in programming and using industrial robots • Good understanding of injection processes and quality control • Autonomy, rigor, and analytical spirit • Ability to work in a team and supervise operators • Good mastery of French, English an asset What we offer ### • Industrial SME with a human scale • Working hours: daytime or afternoon team according to organization • Afternoon team schedule with team bonus • Varied technical position with autonomy • Modern and structured production environment • Stable CDI with long-term prospects • Integration into an experienced and committed team Entry into function: July 2026, date to be agreed Information to apply ### If this position interests you and you wish to join a company in full growth, we invite you to submit your application directly via our online platform.
