In this position, you will lead the analytical part of customer projects for chemically manufactured active pharmaceutical ingredients and support these development activities with chromatographic techniques with your own laboratory team. Our full list of local benefits can be found here: Benefits in Visp: https://bit.ly/3wjkoFi Your tasks: You act as the main contact person for customers in all analytical matters during the implementation of projects; For this, you plan the projects regarding customer expectations and requirements and implement them in cooperation with partners in process development, production, QA, QC, etc.; You lead the implementation, development, and validation of methods and oversee the analysis of samples in your laboratory team (HPLC, GC); You lead, develop, and support your employees and contribute to innovation and continuous improvement of workflows. What we are looking for: PhD in chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field, or Master's with relevant professional experience; Relevant knowledge in the field of analytics in general and chromatography in detail; Experience in cGMP, drug development, project management, and statistics is an advantage; You are reliable, flexible, customer-oriented, and quality-oriented; You communicate convincingly in German and English and act entrepreneurially.
