Get to know us Share What can you expect? ## During your three-year apprenticeship, you will gain insight into various departments. You will get to know these tasks: • Receiving, advising and referring bank customers • Supporting bank customers through digital channels • Assisting in the consultation of complex customers (corporate and investment customers) • Preparing and processing bank transactions administratively • Insight and collaboration in the marketing department • Collaboration on and independent management of projects In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by experienced practical trainers. You can complete the apprenticeship with us either in EFZ or with a vocational maturity diploma You can find all the information here. What do you bring? ## Academically: • Completed secondary school A with good grades • With vocational maturity: passed admission exam • Very good German language skills, fluent in spoken and written language Personally: • Sociable, open-minded • Reliable and diligent • Open to new things Interests: • Enjoyment of customer contact and work in various teams • Interest in banking and economic contexts • Interest in dealing with digital media and new technologies
