If your heart beats for real estate, you are motivated and goal-oriented, and you also enjoy working in a team, then we look forward to receiving your application as   Real Estate Manager (m/f/d) Winterthur, 80 - 100%   What you will do: • You take responsibility for the management of a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties • This includes ensuring regular and extraordinary real estate maintenance, scheduling and conducting property viewings as well as handovers • You are in contact with owners, tenants, caretaker services, craft businesses, and authorities • The negotiation and creation of commercial lease agreements as well as the annual budget are also within your area of responsibility • To meet all these tasks, you can count on the support of both team members from technical management and leasing, as well as administration and caretaker services, which you supervise • At the "Wohnen" location, you also look after the personal care of customers on-site together with your team   Why you will succeed: • You have a commercial basic education as well as a federal diploma in real estate management (or are currently in training).
