For the further development of our organization, we are looking for an engaged and professionally experienced personality as Head of Central Services, 80-100% ## In this key position, you combine financial expertise, organizational skill, and joy in leadership. You are responsible for a versatile area, create reliable foundations for the entire organization, and actively help shape the further development of the Central Services. Your responsibility ### You report directly to the Managing Director and lead the Central Services with the areas of Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Insurance Management, and Administration. Together with your team ### • you ensure reliable administrative and financial processes • you lead and coordinate the budget process • you are responsible for quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements • you manage cost carrier accounting and controlling • you coordinate internal and external reporting • you further develop operational processes and work instruments • you advise the Managing Director on financial, personnel, and strategic issues • you are responsible for payroll accounting for around 100 employees • you ensure social security management and personnel administration You lead prudently, set clear priorities, and also work operatively yourself on central specialist tasks. What you bring with you ### You have a higher degree in Finance and Accounting as well as several years of experience in a comparable function. You think entrepreneurially, act responsibly, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations. • sound knowledge of accounting according to Swiss GAAP FER 21 • leadership experience and joy in working with a team • very good knowledge of Excel • ideally experience with Abacus • advantageously further training in the field of Human Resources • good knowledge in handling digital work tools and IT systems You work in a structured, careful, and solution-oriented manner.
