The Abteilung Betrieb und Technik is responsible for efficient and economical building operations. In the Facility Services area with its extensive catalog of services, we are looking for experienced and motivated professionals to complete our facilities teams from Roll-Unitobler (Fabrik- und Länggassstrasse) and Vordere Länggasse (Grosse Schanze, Engehalde and other properties). Tasks Ensuring smooth and trouble-free building and university operations on-site (building cleaning, disposal, minor maintenance, building security, event management, small moves, access systems, etc.) Professional operation of the building technology systems and rectifying malfunctions; situational with support from our technical service As a service-oriented contact person on-site, receiving operational orders and requests from users and resolving them independently or forwarding them Conscientious and committed effort for a first-class team result Weekly on-call standby service on a rotational basis no personnel management Your Profile You have professional experience in the facilities management of medium to large properties You are enthusiastic about the diverse area of responsibility of the facilities management With motivation and manual skills, you complete your tasks reliably – in a team and independently Completed vocational training with a Swiss Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ) in the fields of building technology HLKS, electrical engineering or facility management.
