Start of position: 01.09.2026 Workplace: Köniz 0% Remote Work The Zentrum für Sozial- und Heilpädagogik Landorf Köniz -- Schlössli Kehrsatz comprises three locations where children/adolescents with special integration needs are cared for and schooled. Children/adolescents live in a total of three residential groups, who attend the internal special school offering or the public school. Children/adolescents who can live at home attend our internal special school offering in Kehrsatz or Köniz as day students. Your tasks || Individual support and care of children and adolescents in conjunction with everyday life and relationship management || Support of the children, adolescents and young adults in the key person system || Interdisciplinary cooperation and synchronization with parents, schools, training companies, authorities and specialist agencies || Administrative, organizational and housekeeping work Your profile || Reliable personality with natural authority, clarity, warmth and humor || Ability to work in a team, communication skills and independence || Flexibility and good resilience || Completed social pedagogical training || Systemic basic attitude || Confident administration on the PC (MS-Office, SocialWeb) || Driving license Cat. B is an advantage.
