You combine digital strategy, transformation, technical depth, and BIM competence into one mission: planning infrastructure projects smarter, using data intelligently, and empowering employees to naturally live new ways of working.   Your tasks • With an innovative spirit, you drive forward the digital strategy of the Dienststelle Verkehr & Infrastruktur - from the first idea to lived practice - and recognize early on which trends make a real difference. • Change is not a project for you, but an attitude: As a transformation manager, you actively engage employees, drive the transition to digital ways of working, and thus noticeably increase the efficiency of the entire department. • BIM becomes a permanent part of project work with you. With decision-making strength, you set the direction and independently bring transport infrastructure projects to success with BIM. • As a sparring partner for our departments Planning, Realization Roads, Zentras, and Natural Hazards, you combine technical depth with mediation skills and support colleagues with training and coaching to use BIM competently in everyday project work. • You lead forward-looking transport infrastructure projects with foresight. From the study to the permit, you control content and processes clearly and in a structured manner. Your profile • A degree in civil engineering or an equivalent qualification forms your technical foundation, ideally supplemented by additional training in informatics, digitalization, or project management. • BIM is lived practice for you: You bring sound knowledge in data lifecycle management and experience in the successful implementation of BIM projects. • From the first idea to implementation, you have already driven digital strategies forward and are familiar with using modern collaboration platforms (e.g., M365, SharePoint etc.). • With your communication strength, you bring people together and actively engage employees as well as external stakeholders in processes and create clarity in complex topics. • Making clear decisions even in complex situations is natural for you, and with assertiveness, you ensure that standards are not only defined but also lived.
