Your Responsibility In this versatile role, you will take on the operative responsibility for our warehouse operations and actively roll up your sleeves. Around 80 % of your time you will work in day-to-day business and ensure a smooth flow of goods. You manage the operative warehouse operations (shelf warehouse) and actively participate in goods receipt, storage, warehouse organization, picking, and shipping. You ensure correct warehouse management as well as bookings in the ERP. You lead, motivate, and further develop an employee professionally and personally. You analyze existing warehouse processes and implement optimization measures to increase efficiency, quality, and transparency. You work in the project team on the setup of a new spare parts warehouse for the technical department and actively contribute your practical experience. You are responsible for inventories, stock accuracy, and compliance with safety, quality, and compliance guidelines. You create evaluations and reports for the management and further development of warehouse operations. Your Profile Completed training as a Logistiker:in EFZ, Logistikfachfrau/-mann or a comparable further education in the field of logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse logistics. At least 5 years of professional experience in warehouse logistics, ideally in a comparable role. Very good German skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing. High IT affinity and experience with ERP systems as well as ideally with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel for analyses and evaluations. Experience in projects involving warehouse setup, warehouse optimization, or process management is an advantage. Driver's license category B as well as a valid Suva-recognized forklift license. Knowledge or further training in the areas of occupational safety, hazardous goods, or waste management is a plus.
