Your contribution • Service Design and Service Management for standardized commodity services (e.g. Collaboration-as-a-Service) • Engineering, operation and continuous development of Microsoft-365 and Azure services • Standardization, automation and governance of the cloud services landscape • Design and implementation of identity, access and device strategies across IT and OT areas • Integration of Microsoft-365 services into existing IT and OT system landscapes (On-Premises and Cloud) • Further development and implementation of security, segmentation and hardening specifications under cloud-specific constraints • Active co-design and further development of the IT/OT architecture, the associated service landscape as well as group-wide IT standards and policies • Management and overall responsibility for IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle What you bring with you • IT degree or higher technical training (TS, HF, FH) with a focus on computer science or comparable professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility • Sound technical understanding of the Microsoft 365 platform, Azure Services as well as Entra ID • Practice in identity, access and device management as well as cloud security controls • Experience in the controlled use of cloud services in regulated and production-related environments • Very good knowledge of scripting and automation, especially PowerShell • Ability to think in architectures and end-to-end services beyond individual systems • Strong engineering mentality with a focus on analysis, design, implementation and sustainable stabilization • Structured, risk- and solution-oriented way of working • Ability to reduce technical complexity and increase operational reliability in the long term • Broad technical understanding across system, service and domain boundaries • Strong security mindset with a focus on availability, resilience and damage mitigation instead of pure compliance • Very good German skills as well as confident and professional communication in French • Experience in documentation, audit and compliance-relevant environments is an advantage What awaits you with us You will take on a versatile and responsible activity with great scope for action.
