Your tasks: • Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our nursing philosophy and the nursing process • Taking over tasks as a reference person for nursing • Responsibility and control of the nursing process of the assigned guests incl. nursing needs assessment RAI • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach • Planning and accompanying doctor's visits • Taking over day-to-day responsibility with coordination of the day team • Leading case discussions and nursing reports Your profile: • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or equivalent training recognized by SRK • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI knowledge is desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid) • Professional experience in Spitex/Inhouse Spitex is desired • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of varied challenges • Good German language skills in word and writing Why Tertianum?
