Thanks to highly innovative and patented technologies, we are often one step ahead in the sector; thus, Wyon AG is today the world leader in the manufacture of rechargeable batteries for cochlear implants. AI must become a strategic instrument at Wyon AG, strengthening efficiency, access to knowledge, quality, and innovation capacity. Your tasks: • * You design, develop, test, and optimize AI, machine learning, and generative AI solutions for both internal processes and customer-oriented solutions • * You prepare, validate, and structure data as a basis for model training, their evaluation, and their productive use • * You ensure quality, traceability, security, data protection, security-by-design principles, and responsible use of AI technologies • * You write and maintain technical documentation, prompt concepts, test specifications, as well as operating and support documents • * You support departments in the introduction, use, and continuous development of AI-based tools and solutions • * You observe technological developments and market trends in the field of AI, derive relevant impulses for the company, and promote the development of internal knowledge through training, workshops, and coaching • * You assist in technological decisions, architecture questions, and investments in the fields of AI, data, and analytics • Your skills: • * You possess deep knowledge in AI (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn), machine learning, data processing, and software engineering • * You have practical experience in the development, evaluation, and production deployment of AI solutions • * You have experience in carrying out AI projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from idea and design to productive operation • * You are familiar with information security requirements and master Security-by-Design principles, authorization concepts, as well as the logging and monitoring of AI solutions in production • * You have a good understanding of operational and industrial processes and know how to align technological solutions with business requirements • * You can communicate easily in German and English • * You convince through an autonomous, analytical, and solution-oriented approach when facing complex technical and professional questions • * You have a high level of quality awareness, acting responsibly and economically in the choice, development, and introduction of AI solutions
