Specialist in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Leadership Role 40 - 80 % Wil

Psychotherapy at a high professional level and the further development of an interdisciplinary team characterize your daily work in this position. As a management physician in psychotherapy, you will take on a central leadership role in the Center for Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics with a focus on schema therapy. In a workload of 40 to 80 %, you will actively shape therapeutic processes, lead employees, and further develop the ward professionally and structurally. This position is available from autumn 2026 or by arrangement.
