Project Manager (m/f/d) Sanitary

What awaits you In the function as project manager, you are responsible for the entire planning process in the field of sanitary technology. You lead your project team independently, self-reliantly and solution-oriented through all planning phases of a building project. Your main tasks include planning activities in the integral team, supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM). You represent ATP towards clients, authorities and executing companies. In addition, you work closely with all departments (architecture, structural planning, HLK, electrical engineering, construction management) as well as external specialist planners. You support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal, taking into account climate-neutral planning with the aim of a sustainable building. What you bring You have completed technical training or a degree in the field of building technology (FH, HF or specialist certificate). Your career shows professional experience in building technology planning and specialist construction management in all service phases of medium to large projects. You enjoy leading a project team and actively supporting the training and development of young employees. Ideally, you have knowledge of Auto-CAD/Revit. You are enthusiastic about topics such as resource efficiency and sustainability. Your confident appearance, creative and independent work style and team skills as well as your analytical thinking characterize you. You have good German language skills in word and writing (English language skills are an advantage). What we offer With us, you have the opportunity to work on demanding interdisciplinary projects.
