social 80% (M/F/D) The FAH\-SEB is a Fribourg institution dedicated to the reception, housing, and support of adults in situations of disability presenting an intellectual deficiency. It brings together several living and activity locations, distributed between residential structures, villas, and day centers. On a daily basis, the Foundation welcomes approximately 120 people presenting an intellectual deficiency, multiple disabilities, or autism spectrum disorders. It offers global and personalized support, including socio\-educational services, health and well\-being monitoring, as well as occupational activities. Through an approach that is both human, inclusive, and professional, the Foundation works towards the development of autonomy, inclusion, and social participation of the people it welcomes. Through the quality and diversity of its services, it establishes itself as a reference actor in the field of support for people in situations of disability in the canton of Fribourg. In order to complete our team, we are looking for a social 80% (M/F/D) Your responsibilities Accompany Residents in acts of daily life Promote the autonomy, well\-being, and participation of Residents Ensure the monitoring and updating of the Residents' life projects Guarantee individualized support adapted to needs Perform the related administrative tasks Collaborate actively with the multidisciplinary team Contribute to the quality and continuity of the support Your profile Higher education in special education (IPC, HES, ES) or equivalent training Experience in the field of disability Committed, motivated, and creative personality Ease with IT tools Valid driving license B Clean criminal record extracts Oral knowledge in German: an asset Are you interested in this new challenge?
