For our Neuchâtel SBB store, we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager at 100% as of 1 September 2026. Assistant Store Manager Neuchâtel SBB - 100% What to expect: • You actively support the Store Manager in the daily management of the store • You invest with passion in merchandising and product presentation • You participate in orders and assortment management • You help with scheduling and team organization • You are fully involved in daily activities and set an example on the sales floor • You show flexibility and are willing to work at least two weekends per month What you bring: • Experience in retail, ideally in sales • Strong motivation and a desire to take on more responsibilities • Natural leadership skills and a strong team spirit • Excellent mastery of French (level C1) and basic knowledge of English • A positive, committed, and solution-oriented personality • You appreciate Flying Tiger products and embody our values Make everyday life a little more crazy, joyful, and colorful with us.
