Project Manager in the Composites Area

Your area of responsibility: • Responsibility for project management in the realization of customer projects and the care of the necessary processes • Calculation of customer projects • Identification and understanding of customer needs in the context of sales projects • Technical exchange / production planning with series production in Ungarn • Care of the entire sampling process • Technical support and manufacturing technical advice to the customers' technical teams • Project management with deadline, cost, and quality responsibility • Application consulting and conducting feasibility studies • Tool design and international procurement up to series maturity • Coordination of the departments involved and external service providers • Responsibility for customer projects in the Composites area • ERP master data entry and maintenance • Training of production staff • Technical and organizational support of application technology • Continuous optimization of processes and project methods What sets you apart: • Completed training in the areas of design, toolmaking, or composite (plastics technology) • Experience in project processing and/or 3D-CAD • Experience in project management • Knowledge of plastics processing, glass fiber components (composite components) • Pronounced organizational skills • Communication and assertiveness as well as team skills • Very good German language skills in word and writing • English negotiation-secure • French is an advantage • Office suite good knowledge • CAD basic knowledge We offer you: • Exciting projects and tasks in a forward-looking environment • An innovative and dynamic team • Large scope for action and implementation of own ideas • Attractive development opportunities in a modern company • An open corporate culture with short decision-making paths • Bright workplace INTERESTED?
