Telemarketing Employee - NON Profit Organisation (30-50%)

UNICEF (United Nations Children's Fund) is the United Nations children's charity that works worldwide for the well-being of children. For the Committee for UNICEF Switzerland and Liechtenstein based in Zürich, we are looking for a motivated and sales-strong personality. Together with a team, you are responsible for the telemarketing of UNICEF (NON Profit Organisation). You work in an employment relationship on an hourly wage basis. The operating hours are from Monday to Thursday 09.00 - 12.00, 13.00 - 16.00, 16.00 - 19.00 and Friday, 09.00 - 16.00 as well as 13.00 - 16.00. The place of work is Zürich. Main activities: • Conducting various telemarketing campaigns (active outbound telephony) in Swiss German • Data entry • Various small administrative tasks Profile: • Completed vocational training or equivalent training • Experience in telephone sales of products and services is an advantage • Call Center experience mandatory • Communicative, eloquent personality • High sales, customer, and service orientation • Flexible and team-oriented personality • Swiss German indispensable Application information: We offer you an interesting, modern, open and collegial working environment with performance-related remuneration (hourly wage between Fr. 25.00 and Fr. 30.00).
