To strengthen our team within the association accounting department in Paudex (VD), we are looking for a Finance and Accounting Specialist (m/f). Missions • Full bookkeeping of several accounts, including closings and audit with the fiduciary • Entry of supplier invoices and execution of payments • Recording of debtor invoices, preparation of reminders (no litigation management) • Preparation of tax returns and review of VAT/MWST for the entire department • Preparation, filing, and follow-up of appeals with the tax administration when necessary Your profile • Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar function, ideally in a fiduciary • Federal diploma in taxation or training deemed equivalent, an asset. • Solid skills in matters of taxation • Demonstrate rigor and have a sense of responsibility • Be autonomous and appreciate the sharing of knowledge as well as the exchange of practices within a small team • Be customer-oriented and possess an excellent team spirit We offer • An exceptional working environment • Infrastructure available to employees (company restaurant, parking, etc.) • Interesting social benefits • All this in a motivating and varied professional environment We look forward to receiving your application documents (CV, cover letter, work certificates, and diplomas).
