Portrait of the school/institution ### The Stiftung Salome Brunner is committed to around 300 children and adolescents with language development disorders and learning difficulties. With our various schools, we see ourselves as an important part of the educational landscape of the Canton of Bern. The Sprachheilschule Wabern is a special public school for children and adolescents with a complex language development disorder as well as an intellectual disability and comprises 21 classes from the basic level to the vocational preparatory school year (BVS). Small classes enable attention to the individual needs of the students. Speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physiotherapy take place as individual therapy. Socio-pedagogical support is provided by the school-complementary offers of the day school and boarding school.
