In this position, you will ensure the complete follow-up of projects, from commercial prospecting with a clientele composed exclusively of individuals to final invoicing. Your missions will notably include the analysis of client needs, the preparation of offers, sales, planning and monitoring of construction sites, team coordination, as well as the administrative and financial management of files. Pre-selection criteria: Diploma as a technician in energy renovation or equivalent professional experience. Technical, commercial and recent experience in facade renovation of minimum 5 years Having been in the same single company for at least 5 years. Lives less than 20 minutes from the Carouge office Organizational and family capacities to start work at 6:30 Ability to work effectively in open space, both independently and in a team Profile sought: \- Experience in construction site management and ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders (Workers, Property Management, Works Direction, Architects, Engineers, Client). \- Knowledge of materials and techniques for facade remediation and insulation \- Ability to read technical plans \- Rigorous, ambitious, efficient, organized, willing and respectful of safety instructions. \- Independent and autonomous while knowing how to work in a team \- Ability to work under stress and in open space \- Likes human contact \- Driver's license \- Spoken - written French Your missions: • Develop commercial activity by prospecting and accompanying a clientele of individuals in their facade renovation projects in the canton of Geneva and the la côte region • Carry out technical studies and offers by proposing suitable solutions in facade remediation and energy renovation and selling them to clients. • Achieve a turnover of 2.4 million CHF per year • Plan and coordinate construction sites, by organizing interventions and ensuring compliance with deadlines. • Supervise and monitor site teams, by ensuring the quality of work, compliance with safety standards and client satisfaction. • Ensure the administrative and financial management of files, from the start of work to final invoicing and monitoring of profitability. • Reach a monthly turnover objective What we offer: \- A dynamic work environment within an experienced team. \- Stimulating, complete and varied projects in Geneva. \- A competitive salary, a technical assistant and a company car Application: We look forward to receiving your application and welcoming you to our team!
