For the construction materials production on the premises of Bau AG in Rubigen, we are looking for a strong leadership personality, technically proficient, who builds up, organizes, and further develops the central maintenance of our production plants. In this function, you will lead a small team and ensure the technical availability of our plants through predictive maintenance, rapid fault rectification, and clean planning.
