Within the Service Domaines & Bâtiments, you will take charge of construction and renovation projects that participate directly in the evolution of our city. You are simultaneously a strategist, coordinator, facilitator, and decision-maker. You move projects forward, unite stakeholders, and find solutions when challenges arise. You represent the interests of the Ville with conviction and contribute to transforming collective needs into concrete, useful, and sustainable achievements. Concretely, you will- • Imagine, structure, and manage projects from their conception to their realization ; • Translate user needs into adapted solutions ; • Conduct feasibility studies and analyze the various possible options ; • Manage public procurement procedures ; • Coordinate the appointed professionals, companies, and involved partners ; • Guarantee respect for costs, deadlines, and quality requirements ; • Prepare the necessary elements for decision-making by political authorities ; • Ensure the financial, administrative, and contractual monitoring of operations ; • Facilitate exchanges and create the conditions for effective collaboration between all project actors. What you bring • A degree in architecture or civil engineering (ETH, HES, or a title deemed equivalent) ; • Proven experience in managing complex construction projects, ideally in Switzerland ; • An excellent mastery of construction processes and project management ; • Perfect mastery of French, both spoken and written ; • Good knowledge of management and planning tools ; • A valid driver's license.
